Research Requests
E-mail, Mail, and Telephone
For genealogical requests, the Reference staff will check certain indexes for a specific name and, if located, return a photocopy order for the record/s in which the name appears.
For historical, legal, and general reference requests the Reference staff will check a specific citation.

Please expect a two to four week response time for mail and e-mail requests.
Telephone and Fax requests:
The Research Room may be contacted via telephone at 803-896-6104 or fax at 803-896-6198. Please note the Research Room is closed on Monday, Sunday, and state holidays.
